Order Processing Time  
- All orders are processed and delivered within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.  
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. Any delay will be communicated via email or phone.  

Shipping Charges  
- Within India: Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹999.0. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.  
- International Shipping: Charges depend on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may incur additional customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.  

Delivery Time  
- Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch.  
- International Orders: Delivery times may vary based on the destination but generally range from 10-20 business days.  

Tracking Your Order  
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment’s progress.  
- If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team.  

Delivery Policy

- Orders will only be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order.  
- If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the customer may need to bear re-shipping charges.

- Elysian Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.  
- Any taxes, duties, or additional fees required by the destination country must be borne by the customer.  

Damaged or Lost Packages  
- While we take every precaution to package your jewellery securely, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.  
- For lost packages, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, if applicable.  

Changes to Shipping Address 
- If you need to update your shipping address, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.
